Why Science?❤️
At Gymboree Thornhill School Skills, we place special emphasis on SCIENCE because we believe a child’s early experiences shape their attitude toward learning. Through fun, hands-on experiments, children begin to see SCIENCE as exciting and enjoyable rather than difficult or intimidating. We introduce advanced scientific ideas using simple, age-appropriate language, helping children build confidence and curiosity. When children feel successful and engaged, they are more likely to develop a lasting interest in science. Many students lose interest in science later on due to a lack of strong foundation or positive early experiences, which can limit their choices in high school and even the range of programs they can pursue in university. That’s why we focus on making SCIENCE playful, meaningful, and accessible from a young age. By nurturing a love for discovery now, we help set the stage for future learning. We invite your child to explore, experiment, and fall in love with SCIENCE in a fun and supportive environment.
