To keep our facility clean, hygienic, and safe for early walkers and crawling babies, all party rentals must adhere to our facility safety guidelines:

• Setup: Families can bring their own custom birthday decorations and arrive up to 15 minutes early to decorate the room.

• Safety Footwear: Clean socks are strictly required for all attending guests (both children and adults).

• Waivers & Supervision: A signed liability waiver is mandatory for each attending guest before entry.

• Food Restrictions: All food and beverages brought inside must be completely nut-free and alcohol-free. For cleanliness, no ice cream cakes, piñatas, confetti, or sparklers are allowed.

• Cleanliness Rules: Food and drinks are restricted to the party room and are never permitted on the playfloor. Equipment cannot be moved or rearranged.

• Timing Fees: A $50 late fee will apply if guests remain in the facility more than 15 minutes past your scheduled end time. Final balance payment is due immediately at the start of your event. 

• Cancellation Policy: Cancel your reservation 6+ weeks before your event date for a full refund. Cancellations made inside the 6-week window will forfeit the deposit, which will be credited toward a future party booking or local class package.
